How Our Home Delivery Works

How does Home Delivery Work?

We offer deliver to your home.
Just let us know where you want it delivered!
All deliveries are done by MoreFun.

Walk-in Customers
If you would like us to deliver to your home or to a loved one, just let us know when you make payment.

All deliveries are charged at RM5 for within 5km deliver.

Online Purchase
1) Our Website
If you are making a purchase from our website, you can let us know where to deliver your purchase in the Shopping Cart.

2) Our Facebook Shop
You can view our products on our Facebook Shop – https://www.facebook.com/mifastores

Our Facebook Shop is currently being built and some features may not be finalized.

How to order online?

1.) Order from our Website
a.) Select the items you want and it will go into your shopping cart.
b.) When you are ready to check-out, you will need to fill in your personal details, such as name, contact number, address.
c.) You will receive an invoice after you check-out.
d.) For now, you have to make a bank transfer to our Business account and send us proof of purchase.
e.) If you select Self-Collect, your purchase will be ready for you when you come to our shop.

If you select Delivery, we will deliver your purchase to your address on the same day, if we receive your order before 4pm.

From our Facebook shop
At the moment, you can message us your shopping list and we will be in touch with you to arrange for payment and delivery.

Via WhatsApp
You can also order via our Customer Service number through WhatsApp.

What are your delivery charges?

We have partnered with MoreFun (through their MoRun service) to deliver your purchases right to your doorstep.

Charges are as follows:
1) Up to 5km, you pay RM5 per delivery.
2) Up to 10km, you pay RM10 per delivery.

What is the size for delivery?

Depending on the size of your purchase, we are limited to the following:

1) Delivery by motorbike
– Maximum weight = 10 kgs
– Maximum size = 30cm x 45cm x 42 cm

2) Delivery by car
– Maximum weight = 50 kgs
– Maximum size = 10cm x 50cm x 50cm

Is anyone at home?

IMPORTANT
Once you have agreed to a delivery, MoreFun/MoRun will deliver your purchase. Kindly make sure there is someone at home to receive the delivery.

You are responsible for the correct delivery address, telephone contact number and making sure your purchase can be received.

In the event no one is home, your purchase may be left on your doorstep and we will consider the delivery completed.

Can I ask for a refund?

No, for food safety reasons, we do not offer refunds on purchases and home deliveries.
